This Colonial Revival home sits in a charming city neighborhood in Seattle. When our clients purchased it, the third floor was completely raw attic space. We transformed it into a serene new primary suite complete with bedroom, bathroom, and a cozy reading room, all tucked under the original roofline.

We led the interior architecture and detailing throughout, integrating custom cabinetry and storage into tight eaves, and introducing period-appropriate millwork, ceiling beams, windows, paneling, and leaded glass. On the main floors, all bathrooms and the kitchen were fully reimagined. The furnishings blend vintage finds and custom pieces, infusing the home with playful color and casual elegance.
